Framed works available on the website may take 2-3 weeks depending on production.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

All custom commissioned works require a variable production timeline depending on the scope of work, materials and framing requirements. Estimated time frames will be provided during the commission process.

Ensure your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details or courier delays.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable, due to the limited edition and custom nature of our artworks. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Artwork

We kindly request that you inspect your artwork within 48 hours of delivery and in the unlikely event of damage, please notify us including:
• Clear photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

We will assess all claims individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available), repair, or refund at our discretion.
